Killer Plants

Storm has facts that we have been reading from a journal and here there are.


A carnivorous plant that is in New Zealand is sticky. When a insect crawls on the plant it gets trapped because it's sticky and gets eaten by the plant.

    Those are amazing facts - who would have thought that a venus flytrap could digest human flesh - urgh! I didn't know that there were 10 carnivorous plants native to NZ either. Great research room 18. From Mrs Robyns
