3-D shapes

Today we are learning to make 3-D shapes and learn about it.  We learnt that it is a shape that can pop up to you like a punch.

    I really liked making those 3-D shapes and how we got to explain how many sides and corners there were and how the cubes has flat faces.

    Great active learning happening with your geometry investigations room 18. I read somewhere that a cube has 11 possible nets. I wonder if someone would be able to find out if that is true and if so, what would the nets look like? Well done on your blog posting team!
